A bit about Anna’s Ark

Anna’s Ark Offers a Home from Home Professional Pet Care Service, licensed by Richmondshire District Council, CRB checked and fully insured By Cliverton Insurance. I also hold a canine first aid and CPR training certification.

We are a friendly, trustworthy and reliable Pet Care Service based in Patrick Brompton and covering the surrounding area. We will try our upmost to suit you and your pet’s needs, whether you are on holiday, days out, ill health or work commitments.

My husband and I moved from Tockwith, near Wetherby, where I ran a very successful pet care services business for 4 years, before moving to Patrick Brompton in July 2016.

The house which we now live in has 2½ acres in total, of which a half acre is securely fenced grass paddock for our dogs and boarders use. We have 1 dog of our own at the moment Thea, 4 year old female rottweiler, sheep which all have names and a few chickens.

Before I started my pet care services business, I used to work as a receptionist at a veterinary practice in Wetherby. The vets I worked at was Holistic, as well as a conventional Practice, so as you can imagine this was a very varied and interesting place to work. A lot of my knowledge and understanding of our 4 legged friends came from working there and I thoroughly loved my time at Balanced Being.
