Terms & Conditions

1. No booking will be confirmed until a free consultation has been carried out with the client and your pet, so that we can ascertain all your requirements.

2. The client must provide a name and contact number of someone capable of decision making, should an emergency occur during your pets stay.

3. In the event of an emergency and I am unable to contact you, or your Primary Vets, I would consult my Primary Veterinary Practice and then make the decision with the best interest of your pet in mind, following the advice of the veterinary surgeon.

4. Whilst your pet is in our care, all veterinary invoices incurred are the responsibility of you the owner

5. Any behavior problems, chewing, aggression to other dogs, medication, food allergies we must be alerted at the time of booking. For boarding at our home, your pet will be expected to fit into our environment; we will not change our home to make allowances for bad behavior.

6. Medication needs to be in its original container with clear instructions.

7. Public Liability Insurance is covered by Cliverton. In the event that your pet damages anything belonging to Anna’s Ark, our home, or the careers are bitten, the client shall be responsible for all costs incurred. Anna’s Ark is not responsible for 3rd party claims, for instance if you’re pet caused damage to another animal, person or property, you would be liable for all claims/costs.

8. All keys must be checked to be working, Anna’s Ark will ensure your home is locked when pets are walked or collected. Anna’s Ark cannot be held responsible for any burglaries, or accidents caused by your pet, once returned to your home.

9. All dogs must wear a collar with your contact details on. I will provide a tag with my details on too, for dogs on Day Care or Home Boarding.

10. All dogs must be fit and well,  Kennel Cough if given must be 6 weeks prior to boarding, flea and wormed prior to arrival. Proof will be required.

Micro Chipping is now law.

11. Fees for dog walking Mon – Fri must be paid by cash or bank transfer, prior to the last walk of that week.

12. Day Care fees, whether daily or weekly, to be paid in advance at the time of drop off on day 1, by cash or bank transfer.

13 (a) Home Boarding fees £50 deposit to be paid on booking, non refundable. The outstanding balance to be paid prior to drop off..

14. Cancellation Policy for walking and day care is 48 hours, cancellation less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full day rate.
